Founded in 1963, Polynetics is a contract CNC machine shop that serves both domestic and international clients with production and prototype precision machined parts. In our 45 year history, we have produced a variety of machined parts for all facets of industry including commercial and military aerospace, cryogenics, automotive, fitness equipment, Motorcycle and ATV, and general commercial industry. With six CNC machines including 1 Deckel Maho DMU 60 5-axis milling center, 3 horizontal and vertical CNC milling centers, two CNC turning centers, Sunnen honing equipment, and dozens of manual lathes, mills, welding, and other support machines, Polynetics is extremely versatile and highly responsive to customer needs. Because of our versatility and extensive experience we have accumulated a long list of satisfied customers. A full line of support equipment including 7 drill presses, numerous grinders, Mig and Tig welders, presses, and hand tools are available to provide 2nd operations and finish work to complete any job with in-house capabilities.

Polynetics also sells and services the Hofmann line of precision balancing machinery. Our 45 years of experience using Hofmann balancers qualifies us to assist you in developing the tooling, techniques, and specifications for your particular application, and assist in the purchase of equipment for your in house assembly lines. We can even provide balancing of your production components until your newly purchased balancing machine is ready for delivery.
